Bethany is the best! She makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the experience. I’m so thankful for her! (new space is conveniently located and well appointed. it could use some more color in the back area; a long, all white wall felt a little stark and clinical)

i have lived in charlotte for almost 6 years and have been seeing madison for 2 of those – she is the best hairstylist that i’ve had in all my time here. madison has a way of knowing exactly what i want before i do & always makes sure that i leave feeling super confident and happy with my hair 🙂 i look forward to my appointments not only because i know she’ll get me right but also because i love her fun and bubbly personality!! could not recommend her enough! <3

Loved this place, and glad I found it , the staff is so nice and most importantly highly knowledgeable stylists that recommends what’s right for you and improve your style and quality of hair. They use high quality products .Also loved the tasteful decor and ambience❤️

This is my 4th time coming here and every time gets better! I have been serviced by 4 different stylists and they are all so talented. Today I must say I found my go to, Rebecca! She took me from blonde to brunette plus gave me layers something I haven’t done in 10 years and I am inlove. Not only is her personality a whole vibe but she also educated me on hair products to keep my hair healthy and grow. I deff look forward to continuing my hair journey with her! Also, the receptionist Kaylee was a love and Adrian is so sweet. Thanks all for making my experience fabulous!

I’ve had alopecia off and on for about 5 years and have been through the gambit of how to handle it . Wigs, hats and so many sprays and powders oh and pills,lotions and potions . So sick of it so two years ago I set off to find the healthiest most natural looking way to help . I chose a mesh .My journey lead me here and to Chance !! I instantly knew I was in the right place! I walked out the other day feeling carefree and complete. I hope my words will help others . Chance was kind understanding and totally understands . She’s a talented and had a vision of what my hair should be and explained step by step how this was going to go . The color was perfect. It was an excellent experience and great hair !

I have been going to OA for a while now and I worked with a few different stylists that were all amazing!! I went there yesterday to get a partial balayage from Madison and she honestly exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be making her my go to hair girl from now on❤️
