MEET OLGA ALLEN
The creation of OA Salons is brought to you by the vision and entrepreneurial spirit of owner Olga Allen. Olga entered the salon industry because of her love of people and fashion. OA Salons reflects Olga’s attention to detail combined with a warm atmosphere and access to her talented staff.
Olga grew up in Yekaterinburg, Russia with a competitive spirit, eye for fashion, and passion for learning. She received her formal training at the Aveda Institute in Charlotte, NC. Olga has over a decade of experience and is passionate about bringing luxury and style to her clientele.
“Giving my staff opportunities to learn and grow is very important,” says Olga. If you overheard Olga interacting with team members, you might catch her motivating her people with liveliness, encouragement, and spirit—“it can get animated in here and it’s always fun,” she laughs!
On weekends Olga loves to spend time with her family, three boys, and her husband. “I try to prepare an amazing meal but sometimes I just can’t imagine my life without an instant pot and air fryer,” she jokes.
She now presents her sense of humor, expertise, and highly trained staff members to provide a custom experience for each and every patron who walks into OA Salons.
